Sherri Kreamer
Over the course of my existence, I’ve begun to realize something that I believe all leaders will eventually come into contact with. And not only do I believe they will come into contact with it, but that they will also have to make a decision whether to let it affect them again in the future.
What I am talking about is something I like to call, “Lethargic Leadership.” Sounds pretty dramatic right?
What is lethargic leadership you ask?
Well, it’s simple. It’s when a leader begins to focus so much of their attention on helping those around them, that they actually ignore taking care of the heart within them. You know, that thing that keeps them alive.
Sound familiar?
